Nelligen puts on the heat

4/2/2019

We are settling in to sailing at Nelligen quite well, though on February 4 it was a bit too hot and steamy, with storms gathering all around.
Thanks to Terry and John P for towing the boat trailers and to Tish and Michael for bringing Squirt and Jay Bee.
It was great to see Michael B, and Andy and Tony again.
Just before Corinne and Leah arrived with the Life Without Barriers bus, John P and Andy had a great sail on Poppy, with Christine and Peter G on Squirt.
Before lunch, Poppy went out with Allan and Peter W, and Michael skippered for both Ben and Edie on Slime.
The winds were a bit fickle so Squirt earned her keep with a couple of tows against the outgoing tide.
Ray and Gemma called in, and we hope to see Ray sailing again next week.
With Squirt back on the water with Michael B and Jocelyn on board, Tony and John P went out on Poppy, as did Peter G and Andy, and Michael enjoyed a solo sail on Slime.
The office was in the good hands of Tish and Terry, with help from Jodie, who was wearing her smart new sunhat.
We hope to see you all at our next sailing day on Monday, February 11.
